Abstract:
This invention relates to one visual frequency flow coding method based on H. 264 codes standard, which comprises the following steps: system adopts coding formula to code the frame blocks for ruled sizes in the flow; user designs coding degree to select coding class according to the wide band status. This invention method can code different degrees of visual flow to ensure right user to get visual frequency content to conceal total visual frequency content.
