Abstract:

The present invention relates to amorphous metal material technology, and is especially one kind of lumpy amorphous Pd-Cu-Si alloy with high ductility and its preparation process. The lumpy amorphous Pd-Cu-Si alloy has the chemical composition of Pd 75.5-79 at.%, Cu 5-8 at.%, and Si 15-17 at.%. Its preparation process includes glass coated purifying, air cooling and water quenching. The lumpy amorphous Pd-Cu-Si alloy has high plastic deformation capacity, high yield strength and excellent anticorrosive performance, and possesses excellent application foreground in different fields.
