Abstract: |
The present invention is process of optically grafting long fatty carbon chain quaternry ammonium salt and pyridine salt to the surface of polymer, and belongs to the field of polymer technology. The process includes adding solvent, triethylamine and acyl chloride with unsaturated C=C double bond into solution of tertiary amine with hydroxy radical to obtain product A; adding solvent and fatty halide for reflux reaction to obtain product B; adding solvent and fatty halide into vinyl pyridine for reflux reaction to obtain product C; mixing the product B and the product C and adding photoinitiator to compound grafting solution; soaking the polymer in the grafting solution and irradiating with ultraviolet ray for reaction; extracting the grafted polymer with solvent and drying. The process is simple, low in reaction temperature and low in product cost, and the prepared polymer is used as antibiotic material for clothing, appliance, sanitary ceramic product, paint, etc. |
