Abstract： |
The present invention discloses TNF-alpha expression relevant protein and its coding gene and application. The TNF-alpha expression relevant protein is (a) the protein with the amino acid residue sequence of SEQ ID No. 2 in the sequence list; or the protein with the amino acid residue sequence of SEQ ID No. 2 through substitution, deletion and/or addition of one or several amino acid residues and relevant with TNF-alpha expression. The coding gene of the TNF-alpha expression relevant protein may be used in screening and/or preparing medicine for promoting or inhibiting spermiogenesis, screening and/or preparing medicine for treating inflammation of kidney and establishing transgenic mouse model and/or medicine screening model. |
