Abstract: |
The microwave and carbothermal reduction process of preparing high density spherical composite ferric lithium phosphate material belongs to the field of energy source material preparing technology, and the prepared composite ferric lithium phosphate material is used as lithium ion cell positive pole material. The present invention features that the mixture solution of water solution of trivalent iron salt, water solution of phosphorus source, water solution of alkali and conducting agent is treated through solid-liquid separation, drying and high temperature treatment to obtain anhydrous ferric phosphate precursor, and the precursor is mixed with carbon source and lithium source and the mixture is tabletted and microwave heated in crucible with carbon to obtain spherical composite ferric lithium phosphate. The present invention can prepare spherical composite ferric lithium phosphate with high bulk density and high specific capacity and u sed as lithium ion cell positive pole material. |
