Abstract：
 This invention discloses boric acid zinc cadmium polycrystal and its preparation method. The boric acid zinc cadmium polycrystal provided of the invention, whose molecular formula is CdZn2B2O6, for short is CZBO crystal. The CZBO's nonlinear optics modulus is 14.28 times than KDP in powder double frequency effect test. The crystal is not deliquescence in air, it has fine mechanical performance, can be applied in the nonlinear optics fields such as harmonic generator, optical parameter and the light amplifier document, electricity light modulator and the fiber waveguide component.
