Abstract: |
The present invention discloses biosynthesis process of 5'-flavour nucleotide. The thallus of Enterobacter aerogenes IAM1183 containing acid phosphatase gene is added into reaction solution containing substrate pyrophosphoric aid and carnine or guanosine to react at 25-35 deg.c and pH 4.0-8.4, so as to obtain 5'-inosinic acid or 5'-guanylic acid. The present invention has the following steps: the bacterial strain with high acid phosphatase activity, fast growth speed, powerful environment adaptation, capacity of growing in both aerobic and anaerobic condition and adaptability for industrial production; simple production process, high product yield, low cost and wide application foreground. |
