Abstract:
The present invention is submicron level solid sodium chloride aerosol preparing process and apparatus. The apparatus includes three parts: a sprayer, a striker and a mixing drier. The preparation process includes the steps of: atomizing water solution of sodium chloride in certain concentration with a sprayer, striking with a striker to eliminate large fog drop, and evaporating water of fog drop in a mixing drier to obtain the submicron level solid sodium chloride aerosol. By means of regulating the aperture of the conic hole, the distance between the nozzle outlet and the striking board, spraying pressure and other parameters, the present invention can produce sodium chloride aerosol of mid diameter of 0.075+/-0.01 micron, geometrical standard deviation smaller than 1.85, mass concentration smaller than 20 mg/cu m and relative humidity lower than 40 % for equipment detection and experiment research.
