Abstract:
The alcohol base fuel gasifying and reforming combustion system for industrial furnace belongs to the field of thermal system technology. The system includes alcohol base material tank, pump, flow meter, valve, electric heater, starting burner, afterheat gasifier, cracker and furnace burner connected successively via pipeline; induced fan connected to the furnace burner via afterheat gasifier and pipeline outside the air heater; and chimney connected to the induced fan through pipeline. The present invention has the fume afterheat best utilized to raise energy source utilizing rate, burns the alcohol base fuel after gasifying and/or cracking to raise energy level and reduce corrosion.
