Abstract: |
The present invention is one kind of environment friendly nanometer static conductive paint and its preparation process. The static conductive paint has carbon nanotube or its composition with inorganic conducting filler as the conducting medium, and water soluble acrylate resin emulsion as the filming matter. It is prepared through three steps: 1. preparing dispersed liquid of carbon nanotube or its composition with inorganic conducting filler; 2. preparing pigment and filler slurry; and 3. compounding the slurry with the dispersed liquid. Compared with traditional static conductive paint, the present invention has the advantages of less added conducting filler, less conducting component deposition and separation, lasting conducting property, environment friendship, etc. The environment friendly nanometer static conductive paint is especially suitable for indoor use. |
