Abstract：
 A video monitoring system in family house is prepared as connecting mobile phone to monitor at output end of multimedia family gateway, carrying out shooting continuously by mobile phone and compressing video data collected by mobile phone in each n second to be a video file being stored in shared data buffer region in mobile phone, sending said video file to multimedia family gateway by mobile phone through its Bluetooth interface and then deleting said file off from said buffer region, decompressing received video data by multimedia family gateway and displaying decompressed video data on monitor.
