Abstract: |
This invention provides a method for pre-treating capsular bacteria fermentation liquid with acid or base. The method comprises: (1) adjusting the pH value of the fermentation liquid by an acid to 1-3, or by a base to 11-14; (2) heating to 70-100deg.C, keeping the temperature for 0.3-18 h, and hydrolyzing. The method can hydrolyze and remove the capsules of the capsular bacteria, reduce the plasticity of the bacteria, and decrease the viscosity of the fermentation solution. The method has such advantages as simple process, low cost, low fermentation solution loss and good pretreatment effect. |
