Abstract：
 The automatic focusing mechanism of laser cofocal scannar belongs to the fields of photoelectric detection device for biological, medical and other scieific instruments, and is characterized by that it contains optical head, incident optical path formed from laser, aperture, lens, object lens and sample, focusing reflecting optical path formed from the above-mentioned sample, object lens, spectroscope, astigmatic lens and four-quadrant photoelectric detector and detection reflecting optical path formed from the above-mentioned sample, object, dichloric spectroscope, lens, aperture and multiplier phototube. The focusing control circuit is a digital control circuit formed from digital signal processor, computer and actuating mechanicsm. It can use automatic focusing mode to detect biological sample.
