Abstract:
The ultrasonic micro-motor with a piezoelectric column of a conductive shaft and the methods for polarizing and exciting the electrodes belongs to the technical field of the ultrasonic micro-motor of bending and vibrating mode, characterized in that the stator contains the piezoelectric column connected internally to a conductive shaft for exciting vibration and a matching block, four outer electrodes which are distributing uniformly and used for polarizing and exciting vibration are applied on the outer wall of the piezoelectric column. The radial poalrization is performed with the conductive shaft being one electrode and four parallelled electrodes being the other electrode; or with the conductive shaft being an electrode and adjacent two pairs of electrodes being two electrodes respectively for the radial poalrizations in pairs
