Abstract:
This invention relates to power resistor modularization installation method and ventilation design, it belongs to electric power electron applied technique field. It includes power resistor, up and down filling-in bits, up and down beams, left and right supports, left and right frames, the beams are fixed on the supports to make the beams and the supports as a whole. One metal filling-in bits is fixed on the resistor circular cavity top part and bottom part to fix the resistor. The resistor and its bits are fixed between the up and down beams to form the beams, supports, resistor and its bits as a module whole. The frame is installed on the cabinet to fix the resistor on the cabinet frame. This structure style not only solves ventilation and heat emission of resistor inner cavity part, and form them as a module whole, so the installation, disassemble and wiring is made convenient.
