Abstract:
The central wireless laser communication system used in Ether local area network is characterized by that it contains two wireless laser transceivers which possess different transmitted wavelength and spectral response range and are respectively mounted on the computer network card and line concentrator. The spectral response range of concentrator receiver only includds the wavelength of laser transmitted by network card transmitter, and the spectral response range of network card receiver only includes the wavelength of laser transmitted by concentrator transmitter. The front end of concentrator transmitter is equipped with a scatter unit whose scattering angle can cover the computer in local area network, the scattering angle of computer network card transmitter is small, and must be aligned with laser receiver on the concentrator. It can do not modify upper protocol, and can make wire mode smoothly transit to wireless mode, and can mixed-use two modes in same local area network, also can alternatively use them.
