Abstract： |
The present invention relates to material technology. The coal gangue material contains SiO2 60-70 wt%, Al2O3 10-20 wt% and C 5-10 wt%. Beta-Sialon combined SiC powder is prepared through pickling coal gangue with hydrochloric acid to eliminate Fe and water washing to neutral; mixing coal gangue powder and carbon powder in the ratio of 100 to 15-45, water adding wet milling and stoving; sintering in N2 atmosphere at 1400-1600 deg.c, cooling, and calcinations at 600-800 deg.c to eliminate residual carbon. Beta-Sialon combined SiC powder thus prepared has a purity of 85-95%. |
