Abstract:
This invention relates to a frequency-varying speed-regulating driver of three-phase asynchronous motor, which is characterized by the supply of power at each end of three-phase stator winding of the asynchronous motor with a group of frequency-varying drive main circuits and the use of digital circuit composed of micro-processor to form PWM control signals to unifiably control two groups of mutually independent main circuits. An inversion circuit is composed of high-performance field-control switch device and rectifier circuit is composed of noncontrolled rectifier bridge. The controller circuit generates pulse-width modulation signal frequency fixed at a value in the range of 1KHz-20KHz unchanged with the output frequency. This invented driver is used in speed modulation of high voltage large volume motor with no high voltage withstand requirement on needed elements.
