Abstract: |
The process of producing biodiesel oil through converting acid-containing oil with 1, 3-position specific lipase belongs to the field of biological grease synthesizing technology. The 1, 3-position specific lipase is used as catalyst in the reaction of fatty acid or acid-containing oil with short chain alcohol to preparing biodiesel oil. The reaction is performed in a non-solvent system or an organic solvent system at 35-50 deg.c, and three molecular sieve water absorbent in 5-10 times is added into the reaction system to raise the yield of biodiesel oil obviously. The present invention has the advantages of expanded application range of 1, 3-position specific lipase and greatly raised biodiesel oil producing efficiency. |
