Abstract： |
A liquid column spraying method and system for desulfurizing and dusting the fume of boiler simultaneously is disclosed. Said method includes removing the dust from the fume exhaused by boiler in the lower part of water-membrane dusting and desulfurizing reaction tower, raising up the fume into the desulfurizing reaction region while spraying desulfurizing liquid slurry upword to recomve SO2 from the raising fume, collecting the used slurry, depositing, cyclically using the diluted slurry, discharging the deposit into ash pool, removing the liquid drips from fume by two stages of demister in flue, and exhausting the treated fume. Its advantages are high efficiency, high safety and easy operation. |
