Abstract:
This invention relates to peak value detector of high speed and low ripple, which comprises a complete unit of traditional peak value detector, a transconductive amplifier or an amplifier with difference inputs, resistors, R1, R2 as offset and Ac coupled condenser CB. One end of CB is connected synchrousely with the input of the traditional peak value detector and an end of R1, the other end of R1 is connected with one end of R2, the other end of R2 is connected to the input of the transconducted with one end of R2, the other end of R2 is connected to the input of the transconductive amplifier, the other input of which is connected with the output of the peak value detector, enabling to meet the needs of low ripple and high speed at the same time and use the standard CMOS technique, attenuate or amplify the output peak value or output current signals according to the needs.
