Abstract: |
The invention features in as follows. The protection extent of the bit node in the irregular low density parity check (ILDPC) code is higher as the order of the node is increased. Based on the said character, the iterative process of the bit node with high order is ended after the error correction for the bit node with the current order being completed. But, the iterative process for the bit node with low order is continued in order to simplify the calculation complexity of the subsequence iteractive decoding and save the time. The decoded result for the bit node with high order can be magnified for providing more information for the bit node with low order. Comparing with the sum and product decoding method or the minimum sum decoding method, the invention provides the better error correction performance. |
