Abstract: |
The extraction process of phosphatidylcholine from soybean phosphatide includes multistage countercurrent extraction of soybean phosphatide with double-liquid phase mixed solvent comprising saturated alkane, acetonitrile and low carbon alcohol and the vacuum exsolution of ultimate extracted liquid to obtain the product with phosphatidylcholine content over 80 % in the yield over 80 %. The said technological process is simple, less investment in the apparatus, and suitable for continuous and automatic industrial production. |
