Abstract: |
A process for adjusting shape and direction of one dimensional nono materials features that the one dimensional nono material array is irradiated with a pulsed laser beam from a selected direction to form a cone tip. Changing the shape and direction of the array and cleaning its surface, will cut down the electric field valve value and eliminate electric field shield effect to improve field-emission effect. |
