Abstract:
A spark/electrolyte processing method and relative device of bended hole comprise a workbench with two rotation freedoms, a work-piece fixed on the workbench, an electrode, an electrode direction controller, a feeding driver, and a work liquid container which contains work liquid. The electrode direction controller can keep the electrode vertically all time and the feeding driver can drive the electrode along the axis of target hole. And when processes straight hole, the workbench and the work-piece should hole constant directions, when processes bended hole, the workbench and work-piece should rotate all time. Compared with present technique, the invention can simplify the electrode direction control, and realize three-dimension bended hole, or the like.
