Abstract： |
The present invention relates to the structure and anti-freezing method of ventilator units in air conditioner and features that one wind mixing loop with wind valve is set between the wind outlet channel and the wind inlet channel and heated air is utilized to preheat inlet air at low temperature, raise the temperature of air flow through coiler and the temperature of water inside the coiler and prevent freezing. Compared with available electric air preheating method, the method and device of antifreezing of ventilator unit has greatly lowered operation cost. It addition, the present invention makes it easy to calculate the regulating water amount of heating coiler and the design of controller. |
