Abstract: |
A signal-layer organic electroluminescent device includes a luminous layer which is a single-layer sandwiched betwene two electrode layers and capable of transferring electrons and a buffer layer sandwiched between first electrode layer and organic luminous layer. Its preparation method is characterized by that it utilizes thermal vapour-deposition method to vapour-deposit organic material film on first electrode as buffer layer, the said organic material can use teflon as optimum selection, after the said device is made, it also has need of an after-treatment process, the said buffer layer film is prepared by using a special method, and its film surface possesses uniformly-distributed nanometer structure so as to implement high-effective injection of cavity and raise luminescent efficiency and stability of device. |
