Abstract：
 Linseed shell obtained through shell-kernel separation is soaked in water with hydrochloric acid to regulate pH value, and assistant carbohydrase or vaccenic acid is added, and filtered in centrifugal machine; the filtrate is precipitated with medical alcohol; and the precipitate is vacuum distilled and infrared dried to produce linseed glue. The linseed glue product is pure and non-toxic and is used widely as green food additive in biological, food production, medicine and other field.
