Abstract： |
The invention belongs to biology technique area. Micro image of tissue section is transmitted to computer through CCD image sensor. The interested cell is touched off on the micro image. The position information of correspond contour is obtained by software decoding data package of input device, and stored up. The micro actuating mechanism controlled by computer touch off the contour on the tissue section according to contour is touched off by input device and cut it out. It can make a cutting based on the shape of single cell or single type of cell cluster with the invention being used. It is the merit of this inention that a perfect specimen can be obtained directly and accurately without need of thermoplastic film and the processing specimen is convenient. |
