Abstract: |
This invention relates to a Sn doped LiNiMnCo compound oxide positive material and its preparation method, especially to the preparation of the positive material of Li ionic batteries characterizing that element Sn is used to dope the LiNiMnCo compound oxide, the mol number of Sn is 0.5-10% of that of the total number, the preparation method includes mixing the compound capable of analyzing and generating Ni, Co and Mn metal oxide, the compound generating SnO and the compound generating LiO under high temperature then to carry out high temperature solid phase reaction to get the positive material, which has good high power property. |
