Abstract：
 A 3-azio-deoxythymidine-5'-thiophosphamino acid ester compound having anti-AIDS activity is prepared through dissolving trichlorothion in tetrahydrofuran, adding amino acid methylester hydrochloride, stirring, dripping acid capturing agent, reaction, dripping the solution of 3'-azido-deoxythymidine in tetradydrofuran, reaction, filter, distillation, hydrolysis and chromatography.
