The present invention relates to protein refolding device under electric field, it includes two electrode plates, four permeable membranes; the four permeable membranes are successively and parallelly placed between the two electrode plates, in which the first permembrane and positive electrode plate form electrode chamber, the second permeable membrane and first permeable membrane form flushing chamber, the third permeable membrane and second permeable membrane form sample chamber, the fourth permeable membrane and third permeable membrane form flushing chamber, the fourth permeable membrane and negative electrode plate form electrode chamber. The present invention is flexible in operation, high in protein refolding efficiency etc. |
