Abstract:
The present invention, differential double-acting method and system for raising step precision and low-step torque of piezoelectric motor, belongs to the field of piezoelectric motor. The present invention features the combined corotating-contrarotating running mode and each combined running angle meeting some conditions. The proposed differential double-acting motor controlling system includes time sequence control circuit, commutation control circuit controlled by the time sequence control circuit, single-direction motor step pulse precision control circuit controlled by the fore-said control circuits, and motor corotating-contrarotating angle regulating circuit. The present invention has the advantages of high step precision, great torque at low pace, high repeatability precision, etc.
