Abstract:
The present invention relates to miniature satellite sun sensor technology and features that one optical slit with outer single-side shape function of f(t)=-kAh/(hh+tt) is used for nonlinear compensation of the input optical signal of the sensor so to make the input/output linearly, where k is the slope of the input-outer characteristic, h is the distance between the optoelectronic sensor plane and the optical slit plane, and A is one quarter of the slit. The corresponding slit in the masking board of the sun sensor has quadratic inner edges and outer edges of symmetrical arch-shape curve. The change in practical photosensing area of different quadrant in the sensor can be used to carry out non-linear compensation of the light signal input to the sensor. The present invention has the features of linear output characteristic, great flexibility, high accuracy, high sensitivity, wide view angle, and high resolution.
