Abstract:
The invention refers to a cotton-fiber reversible glycosylated protease gene and its coding protease. The gene has sequence-1 ribotide sequence, consists of 1331 basic groups and has an intact open reading frame named GhRGP1. The protease consists of 359 amino-acid algroups and is the sequence 2, and its theoretic molecular weight is 40.78 Da and its equi-electrical point is 6.01.
