Abstract: |
The present invention belongs to the field of industrial microbe and fermentation engineering technology. Chiral beta-(R)-oxybatic acid is produced through the steps of: cloning the precursor gene phbA and phbB for synthesizing poly-beta-(R)-oxybatic acid to plasmid vector to constitute recombinant plasmid; transferring the recombinant plasmid containing phbA and phbB gene to coli bacillus to obtain recombinant coli bacillus; and fermenting the recombinant coil bacillus to obtain beta-(R)-oxybatic acid. The present invention is one new type of biological method of producing beta-(R)-oxybatic acid and is simple and easy to operate. |
