Abstract:
The invention relates to a manufacture method for two-dimension integer polymer nanometer-hole array template that includes the following steps: mixing the nucleation monomer with casing monomer, adding emulsifier and water, adjusting pH value by acid and alkali, whisking and heating, adding initiator to take polymerization to gain mixing emulsion making two-dimension integer latex array template, dipping the array template into solvent, taking out and drying to gain the product. The invention has simple hole making process, and is easy to operate.
