The present invention relates to preparation method of artificial corned by using swelling granulation polymerization filtering out method. Said method uses standard sieve to obtain hole forming agent, uses tetrahydrofuran to dissolve biocompatible polymer and makes into saturated solution which is mixed with hole forming agent and fill into ring mould. Then obtained hollow cylindrical intermediate product is vacuum dried, then a liquid mixture containing iniator, cross linking agent and biocompatible polymer monomer is poured into the intermediate product, swelled and heated to react, finally, the shape formed artificial corned blank is cut, ground, dipped in deionized water to obtain the invented artificial cornea, which is high in tearing strength and good in biocompatibility. |
