Abstract:
The invention is a water processing biological carrier as well as the preparing method thereof, and it is porous and connecting holes are between holes and its density is 0.8-1.2g/cm3 and its surface space property has obvious fractal characteristic and its surface is hydrophilic and its elasticity is good and its mechanical wearability the invention adopts solid EPDM rubber as main material and adds in and mixes solid powdered AC foaming agent, solid crystal DCP cross-linking agent and solid powdered barium sulfate in the mass proportion, foams the mixture by extruder and makes strip carriers by extrusion molding and cuts the strip carriers according to the needed size and obtains it, where the carriers can be shaped by the extrusion mouth mould of a custom-made extruder according to the need, and can be applied to all biological processing units of the water processing field.
