Abstract:
The preparation method of rare earth permanent magnet material includes the following steps: adopting melt quick-quenching process to prepare permanent magnet material amorphous band, making the amorphous band undergo the process of crystallization treatment and pulverizing it to obtain its fine powder, pressure forming under the condition of that pressure is 1-5 ton/sq.cm and magnetic field intensity is greater than or equal to 15.0kOe, then isostatic cool pressing under the condtiion of 2-4 ton/sq.cm, placing the pressed body into discharge plasma sintering device to make sintering and hot-press deformation, sintering temp. is 500-900 deg.C, heat-insulating for 5-40 min. after having been hot-press deformed said magnet is the invented product. Said permanent magnet material possesses anisotropy, its grain size is less than 100 nm, its microstructure is uniform, coercive force is high and its use time is high, etc.
