Abstract:
The invention relates to a direct injection gasoline engine combustion chamber in a cylinder, and belongs to the automobile engine technical field. The invention is a space formed by a cylinder cover (1), a cylinder body (2) and a piston (3); the piston (3) is provided with a salience, one surface of the salience adopts an inclined slop shape, and the other surface adopts a circular arc shape; a circular arc groove deepened gradually from top to bottom is arranged on the inclined slop surface of the salience; the inclined slop surface of the salience is positioned on one side of an air intake valve (7), and the circular arc surface of the salience is positioned on one side of an exhaust valve (9); an oil ejector (5) is positioned below the air intake valve (7),and corresponds to the round arc groove on the inclined slop surface of the salience of the piston, and the central axial lines are in the same plane. In the intake stroke, the air flows into a combustion chamber 4 to form a stronger tumble flow; in the compression stroke, a more ideal turbulent flow and a more agreeable gas mixture are formed at the periphery of the spark plug. The structure of the cylinder cover of the invention is easy to be arranged; the stability of fire catching and a good comprehensive performance are ensured; and thereby the problem that excessive fuel oil is accumulated in a concave pit is solved.
