Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of realizing a fluid/ fluid immiscible system using film decentralization technique, and belongs to chemical heat transporting and heat exchanging technique field. The method uses a film decentralization equipment and uses a microporous film as a decentralization medium, leading one phase of the fluid/ fluid system to pass through the microporous film as a decentralization phase, and a small liquid drop within 50 to 900 microns is formed under the liquid cross current cutting effect of the other phase as a continuum phase, thus preparing a fluid/fluid micro decentralization system, and realizing the high effective heat exchange between two phases by using the excellent blending and passing character of the fluid/ fluid micro decentralization system. The method needs simple equipment with convenient operation and can effectively intensify the heat exchange process. Using the method, materials can achieve the heat exchanging efficiency of 83 percent to 95 percent with a stopping time of merely 20 to 200ms, and the cubage heat exchange coefficient can achieve 15 to 20 times that of the traditional fluid/ fluid direct touching heat exchange method.
