Abstract: |
The present invention is process and apparatus for extracting high purity Re from Re-W alloy, and belongs to the field of rare metal extracting technology. The apparatus of the present invention capable of four parts: an O2 metering device, a zonal heating system, a cooling and collecting zone and a tail gas buffering collector. Re-W alloy is oxidized and separated through air lancing reaction in a tubular oxidizing furnace with different temperature zones, and the Re oxide is heated and reduced in H2 atmosphere to obtain high purity Re powder. The apparatus has integral compact structure, the process has short technological flow, automatic control, well oxidation of the alloy, high separation efficiency and effective collection and utilization of the tail gas, and the present invention is suitable for industrial production. |
