Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of internal capsule D/A mixed integrated circuit technology in wireless endoscope system. It is characterized by that it successively contains image sensor and D/A mixed integrated circuit which is power-supplied by battery and includes digital baseband circuit and analog radio frequency circuit, in which said D/A mixed integrated circuit contains capsule interior system control unit, image sensor interface, image coding/decoding and compression unit, wireless baseband processing unit and driving unit, and has a three-stage management structure respectively formed from low-frequency control subunit in described control unit, control subunit and image sensor interface, image compression unit, memory and wireless transmitting and receiving circuit in wireless baseband processing unit, and can be used for controlling conversion between dormancy state and working state of all the circuits in capsule interior so as to reduce dynamic power consumption, prevente simultaneous motion of all the circuits and make continuous working time of capsule exceed 14 hr.
