A low-voltage driving piezoelectric motor belongs to the piezoelectric motor field, which is characterized in that the motor comprises a screw cap, a cylindrical base, a multi-layer piezoelectric porcelain block, a stator, a connection rod, a rotor, a bearing and a retainer, wherein the multi-layer piezoelectric porcelain block is baked at one time from the combination material of an inner electrical pole and a porcelain medium. Four porcelain blocks are arranged evenly in the circumstantial direction, the top and the bottom thereof are respectively stuck on the upper surface of the cylindrical base and the lower surface of the stator. The cylindrical base, the multi-layer piezoelectric porcelain blocks and the stator are connected penetrably through the screw cap and the connection rod. As the retainer is arranged firmly on the bearing which is bonded to the inner loop of the rotor, the rotor and the upper surface of the stator are contacted tightly thereby. Each Multi-layer piezoelectric porcelain block is in sequence exerted with the driving voltage with the 90 DEG phase difference, so that the bending vibration traveling wave of the stator under B (0, 3) mode, therefore, driving the rotor to rotate. The invention has the advantages of low driving voltage and small volume. |
