Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of electromechanical energy converter. The design includes the following steps: to use the maximum torque as the start torque directly, to use the outer diameter of stator to replace the inner diameter of the stator as design size and to use the ratio between the inner and outer diameters as optimized variable; and to substitute maximum efficiency and maximum power factor for rated efficiency and rated power factor in the condition of maintaining unchanged output. The present invention makes it possible to utilize the frequency converting and voltage converting power supply condition of frequency convertor power supply fully, to utilize the latent energy of motor, to raise the performance of motor and to reduce its cost in production and operation.
