Abstract: |
The present invention relates to a spray-initiated quick-solidification forming method of thin-sheet ceramic device and its equipment. It is characterized by that firstly the organic monomer, cross-linking agent and water are mixed and dissolved to obtain premix liquor, then the ceramic powder, dispersant agent and monomer polymerization catalyst are added into the premix liquor to prepare slurry material, and the slurry material is put into the hopper of spray-initiating quick-forming equipment, and the initiating agent is sprayed on doctor-blade coating band, and the coated blank film is cured by polymerization reaction and solidified and formed so as to implement said invention. It can implement continuous production and its production cost is low. |
