Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of micronanometer technology, and includes microdriver, flexible hinge, positioning mechanism and adjusting knob, in which the described microdriver includes two smooth top surface and bottom surface with flatness requirements, and is inserted in the flexible hinge, and the bottom surface of said microdriver is contacted with adjusting knob placed in said flexible hinge, and its top surface is connected with flexible hinge by means of positioning mechanism placed in the flexible hinge. Said invention possesses the advantages of compact structure, few transfer links of movement and force, high reliability and small non-linear error, and at the same time, it can ensure microminiaturization of its structure and relative contraction of required operation space.
