Abstract:
The material has the main component Ba3Co2Fe24O41, modifying additive CuO and others, and sintering assistant bismuth oxide and others. It is prepared through chemical compounding process, secondary doping to add sintering assistant, chemical cladding process or direct oxide mixing process. The present invention can obtain laminated inductive material with excellent performance and the main material has low phase forming temperature, homogeneous particle size, good sintering performance, low sintering temperature and high density.
