Abstract:
The diazo coupling process includes the first preparation of primary epoxy resin polymer, the second preparation of diazo salt with aromatic amino compound, and the final diazo coupling reaction of polymer to obtain the product of the present invention. The present invention has reaction yield and conversion rate greater than 90 %. The present invention is applicable to prepare various cationic, anionic and dispersive high-molecular azo dye and pigment suitable for dyeing cotton, hemp, silk, wool, leather, polymer, etc. and being used as main component of paint and color ink. The product has the advantages of good adhesion, high washing fastness, high stability. etc.
